Shipping/Delivery
1 Unless electronic delivery is indicated, we will post all tickets to your confirmed postal address by Royal Mail first class post. We will post tickets to the registered address on our database or if you have preferred not to register on our site, we will post it to the credit card holder’s address as supplied to us by our card processor, PayPal.
2 If it becomes impractical to post tickets due to the proximity of a performance date or in circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to make the tickets available for collection at the event box office on the day, half an hour before the starting time.
3 It is your responsibility to inform us of any change to your contact phone number, address or email before and after receipt of tickets.
Refund/Returns Policy
1 Once the tickets are purchased they cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled.
2 Refunds cannot be made for tickets uncollected or unused.
3 In case of a cancellation of an event you will should be entitled to a full refund of all the fees paid (less the booking fee and postage fee if applicable) or exchange of tickets for another date.
4 If Elmbridge Choir are unable to fulfil your order due to any of the reasons listed below you are entitled to a full refund with all the booking and handling fees paid:
4.1 Elmbridge Choir did not receive the tickets for your order from our printers, and cannot arrange for the tickets to be collected or posted
4.2 Elmbridge Choir dispatched the wrong order, i.e. wrong event/ wrong type of tickets
4.3 Elmbridge Choir did not post your tickets in time or did not arrange for box office collection
4.4 Any of the similar circumstances where Elmbridge Choir acted with negligence or might have acted in breach of contract.
In all the above circumstances Elmbridge Choir will not be held further responsible if the full refund was duly given.
